Shipping Information & Delivery

At Cariem, we handle each order with care. Every garment is hand-packaged, so please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate. Cariem is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Any claims of this nature must be directed to the shipping courier.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to our small team and limited logistics, we do not offer refunds, except in cases where the issue is on our end (e.g., faulty product or incorrect size).

Exchanges are available within 14 days of receiving your order, with the customer covering return shipping costs.

If we’ve made a mistake with your order - such as sending the wrong size or a damaged product - please reach out to us at ops@cariemonline.com and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
